Effective October 1, 2009, there will be a $1.50 service fee placed on every subscription cancellation refund. There also will be no refund for any subscriptions with less than four issues remaining on the schedule. The only exception to either rule will be for scribes being owned a refund because of switching from paid to free. This is not an uncommon practice. Many publications do not allow for refunds under any circumstance.
